Kevin Hausfeld was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida.
Mr. Hausfeld obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Kevin attended law school at the University of Florida where he was awarded the Junior-Crandall Memorial Scholarship. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with honors.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Hausfeld joined the law firm of Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews, P.A., as an associate attorney specializing in insurance defense with large corporate clients such as Wal-Mart. While at Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews, Mr. Hausfeld had the pleasure of representing clients in a lawsuit against a large baby crib manufacturer where he was able to help his clients reach a multi-million dollar settlement. It was at this time that Mr. Hausfeld realized that he wanted to spend the rest of his legal career protecting the rights of injured people. To that end, Kevin accepted an invitation to join Michles & Booth, P.A.
Mr. Hausfeld is currently a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is a trial lawyer association reserved for lawyers who have obtained verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars.
