It represents people injured by the negligence of others in vehicle accident, premises and product liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation and Social Security Disability matters.

Michles & Booth was formed in May 2001 by Marcus J. Michles II, Rainey C. Booth and John Booth. It represents injured people and their families, not insurance companies, across the Florida Panhandle: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton and Bay Counties. Consultations are free, in person or by phone, and the firm takes no fee unless it recovers compensation. The firm keeps a full-time staff physician, Dr. Timothy Brooks, M.D., and in-house investigators.
