Client Profile: Dawn Howell

Our February 2017 Client of the Month, Ms. Dawn Howell, is truly amazing. Faced with more than her share of misfortune, we’re honored to have represented this truly special woman.

In 2005 Ms. Howell was rear ended in DeFuniak Springs on her way to work. Frustrated with the inefficiencies of the at fault driver’s insurance provider, Ms. Howell reached out to our firm.

“When I first came to Michles & Booth, Marcus was very forthcoming about helping me,” Ms. Howell said.

On a daily basis our attorneys and staff cultivate a community of concern. We not only believe in effective execution but also effective communication with clients. Our punctual and detailed responses reflect our standard.

Our primary objective is to aid and support individuals like Ms. Howell, who experienced a far more devastating tragedy in October of 2016—her son Benny was killed in a car accident.

“Right when all this was taking place, I immediately thought of you,” Ms. Howell said.

Working from our Crestview Office, attorney Chris Janes and outstanding legal assistant, Angela Irwin, handled Ms. Howell’s case quickly.
Given the severity of her claim, Chris and Angela were mindful of Ms. Howell’s needs and determined to help her see a bright future. Securing Ms. Howell compensation within two months of her son’s passing, while organizing an estate for her, we’re proud of Chris and Angela for their delicate and methodical work. But mainly we’re grateful to Ms. Howell.
