Michles & Booth Gives Back Community Involvement We care just as fiercely for our community as we do for our clients.

We Believe Our Firm is Responsible To Our Community

While our firm participates and sponsors events year-round, we take special pride in our endeavors during the holiday season. Beginning in the fall, we participate in the annual food drive for Manna Food Bank followed by the Magic of Thanksgiving dinner and the Magic of Christmas dinner to feed our community who otherwise may not enjoy a Thanksgiving Day nor a Christmas Day feast. During the holiday season, attorneys, staff, and their families join the Fort Walton Beach Christmas parade and the Pensacola Christmas parade to give out thousands of balloons and gifts to children who come out each year in celebration of the holidays. It is during this time of year that Michles & Booth joyously conducts our Christmas Caroling Caravan in both Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. All proceeds from our Christmas Caroling Caravan are directed to worthy nonprofit organizations such as the local Guardian Ad Litem program, the Ronald McDonald House, Mr. Robbins Neighborhood, the Favor House, and the Family Freedom Foundation, just to mention a few.

To start the New Year off right, our firm is an annual participant in the Martin Luther King Day parade in Downtown Pensacola where lawyers, staff, and their families hand out balloons, stuffed animals, and small gifts. In the spring, Michles & Booth is a sponsor of the annual All Sports Banquet to support the membership’s primary mission of raising money for local youth-oriented non-profit organizations with an emphasis on sports programs.

Helping the Organizations in Our Community All Year-Round

In late summer, Michles & Booth partner with the local radio station Magic 106 to distribute book bags and school supplies to families in need prior to each school year. This event is followed by participation in the Emerald Coast Poker Run where all proceeds go to the recipient children’s charities of the Emerald Coast Foundation while concentrating our firm’s contributions to directly benefit the Eleanor J. Johnson Youth Center.

Habitat for Humanity has been the recipient of countless volunteer hours from our firm with the latest project being building a neighborhood playground. Michles & Booth is also a proud participant in the Escambia/Santa Rosa Homeless Veterans Stand Down, and the Gulf Power Clay Shoot for American Hero, as well as many other nonprofit organizations. Our continued commitment to the support of our community shines brightly each and every time our firm sponsors and/or participates in an ever growing list of worthy causes.

In addition to the firm’s charitable work, Cindy and Marcus Michles founded the Family Freedom Foundation to help families of military, law enforcement, and first responders killed or injured in the line of duty. Each year the Family Freedom Foundation assists families across the Gulf Coast deal with the difficulties of life’s unexpected changes.
